Eliza is a prior GHFC athlete who now resides in Sydney where she plays netball in the Opens Premier League Netball Competition for Netball NSW.

She coaches athletes for us whenever she is home and helps with Trainerize and programming from afar. 

Eliza trained with GHFC for 12 years before she relocated to Sydney and has played Netball for NSW so has a thorough understanding of training.

Eliza has her Cert 3 in Fitness.
