GHFC has a number of very experienced coaches that offer high quality Personal Training. Each session is tailored to meet the individual client needs and is designed around the individual client goals (which are discussed during your first assessment session and may cover things like improved mobility, stability or flexibility, to become stronger, to lose weight, to improve mental health, to improve overall wellness).
All PT clients get access to our online training app and discounts on GHFC casual group sessions and/or GHFC contracts.
Times and days are organised directly with the allocated trainer. We are also able to offer PT via Zoom.
