A quick trip to Sydney to help the GHFC athletes at NSW PSSA All Schools … which ended this afternoon with Rivah taking Gold in the 100m final in an impressive time of 14.09 … after breaking the 29 year old record in the heats yesterday with another PB of 13.98

Riv and his training partners have been working hard behind the scenes for a couple of months and he has displayed a commitment and attitude to training way beyond his years and deserves this outstanding achievement
