Based on our end of year client surveys and feedback we have once again tweaked our timetable and now have our 2026 Group Fitness Timetable ready to kick off on 12/1/26 and open for bookings on MindBody now ![]()
Main changes to note:
* EVENING YOGA: Tuesdays at 7.15pm (remove yourself from the chaos of life before bed
)
* YOUTHFIT is on as a permanent addition on Wednesday’s at 3.45pm for kids wanting to learn how to do fitness & gym work correctly, in a a fun setting ![]()

* TAP has a couple of rare spots for any teenagers at a rep level in sport wanting to improve their speed and athleticism (send through your email address and we’ll forward the info)
* HYROX ENGINE classes for people that either: Want to get fit and train functional movement patterns; people doing HyRox in the future that want to start building their base; people doing HyRox and are in between 12-week blocks of training that want to maintain their base ![]()
* RMC has had a time slot added on Friday’s at 9am due to popular demand (Recovery, Mobility & core) … similar to mat Pilates with a wider range of movement patterns designed to address all the mobility and recovery issues that come with training and with modern lifestyles.
Every exercise in all our programs can be regressed for beginners and those less able, and progressed for the more advanced participant. Our coaches undergo regular training and are upskilled continually. Our programs are written in blocks on the principal of progressive overload with deload weeks in between to ensure longevity of training ![]()
