Yoga has been growing in popularity at GHFC since the weather has warmed up thanks to Michelle Ann Riordan and Amelia Smith
We currently have weekly group yoga available to all on:
* Thursdays at 9.15am
* Saturday at 8.30am
We also have a monthly Friday 6pm yin yoga and meditation on the first Friday of the month
Casuals are welcome at all our sessions. Bookings are essential.
Michelle is also now available for 1:1 yoga sessions
