When/If you make your New Years Resolutions:
Prioritise self care as nothing will work well without it #healthiswealth
Make them achievable & start small
Keep them realistic & develop a plan of how you are going to work towards achieving them (we will happily help you work towards them)
Write them down to hold yourself accountable (we have a goals board and we will happily hold you accountable if you’d like)
Be flexible – adapt and amend as needed – life isn’t perfect so don’t put too much pressure on yourself
SOME EXAMPLES from our GHFC community: Do Breathwork every day; practice & journal gratitude every morning; limit social media time to 30mins per day; lose 10kg; deadlift my bodyweight; do a sub 75min HyRox; Run 5km, use recovery room every week; start ice bathing; drink 2l water every day; reduce sugar intake
