• Group Fitness Sessions are open to (and adaptable for) anyone 15 years+ (and TAP members of any age)
• We repeat the program on any given day as shown by matching symbols so people can swap between timeslots as needed
• Open Gym Floor = Come and do your own workout or follow our Workout of the Day on the whiteboard
• Casuals are welcome to Group Fitness and Open Gym Floor sessions. Bookings are requireda
• TAP = Our Youth Program, designed for athletes that aim to get to rep level in their chosen sports, booked for the whole term/year.
