- GunnRun is a free Community Run Club that we host. Anyone is welcome and no bookings are required. however you must complete a waiver before you participate.
- Group Fitness Sessions are open to (and adaptable for) anyone 15 years+ (and TAP members of any age)
- Open Gym Floor = Come and do your own workout or follow our Workout of the Day on the whiteboard
- Casuals are welcome to Group Fitness and Open Gym Floor sessions. Bookings are required
- TAP = Our Youth Program, designed for athltes that are aiming to get to rep level in their chosen sports, booked for the whole term/year
