Lisa, Andrew, and Annette have been part of the GHFC family for years with both Lisa and Andrew two of our OG members. They are three of our most consistent members that bring with them more than a few eye rolls, sassy comments, clock watching, and plenty of PBs Whether it’s powering through a tough workout or sharing a laugh with the team, they both help make our gym a better place
