REDUCING OUR SCREEN TIME

It’s time to de-clutter our headspace and our phones! 🤯

Our aim is to reduce screen time, particularly minimising our time spent on social media ⌛️

You can set time limits for your social media apps, that alert you when you’ve gone over! We’re aiming for 30 mins per day (unless work related) 😱

A great recommendation from the Resilience project is to put all of your social media apps in a folder, and place them on a seperate screen on your phone, so that everytime you try to use them you have to scroll to find them.

Reducing screen time has so so many benefits:
