Our aim is to reduce screen time, particularly minimising our time spent on social media
You can set time limits for your social media apps, that alert you when you’ve gone over! We’re aiming for 30 mins per day (unless work related)
A great recommendation from the Resilience project is to put all of your social media apps in a folder, and place them on a seperate screen on your phone, so that everytime you try to use them you have to scroll to find them.
Reducing screen time has so so many benefits:

improved sleep
improved mental health
improved focus and brain functioning
improved productivity
increased connectivity and awareness to your surroundings
