You can set time limits for your social media apps, that alert you when you’ve gone over! We’re aiming for 30 mins per day (unless work related) ![]()
A great recommendation from the Resilience project is to put all of your social media apps in a folder, and place them on a seperate screen on your phone, so that everytime you try to use them you have to scroll to find them.
Reducing screen time has so so many benefits:
lower stress
improved sleep
improved mental health
improved focus and brain functioning
improved productivity
increased connectivity and awareness to your surroundings
