Remember exercise is an excellent tool to increase endorphins and benefit your mental health, as well as connecting you with a community of like minded individuals
This weeks focus at GHFC is all about mental health, as we gear up for the GHFC KEEPIT COMMANDO, to raise funds and awareness for mental health in our local community
Aligning with this weeks focus, we also have two screenings of the Resilience Project running this week, an engaging program which focuses on wellbeing strategies to build resilience and happiness for all that life throws at us.
