BENEFITS OF SPENDING TIME OUTDOORS

Spending time outdoors has several benefits for both our physical and mental health! It increases our energy levels, our mood and our Vitamin D levels. ☀️☀️

Lets try and get outside for at least 30 minutes per day 🌱

You could go for a walk/ run, read a book, do yoga, sit in the sun for your morning coffee, but try to cut out or limit screen time when outside! 🍃
