What a week!!

A massive shout out to our Team (including the ones not in the gym at the time this pic was taken) who took outdoor sessions, drove to different locations, adapted as delivery times changed every day, unpacked gear, cleaned the gym x 1000 times, and so much more whilst our new 24/7 space, and our Group Fitness Room, were fitted out and the new equipment assembled

The result is a huge and amazing facility with three different training spaces, and a Recovery Room. that most Coaches in Regional NSW would love to work out of, that you now get to Coach from, with the latest in equipment, to help our GHFC community be the Best Version of themselves Possible … Enjoy this next leg of your coaching journey
