Courtney Watson has achieved Platinum status after a consistent 24 months of meeting the World Health Organisation movement guidelines. That is serious consistency and commitment from a working Mum with young kids. Absolutely outstanding effort!

A big shoutout as well to Nicola Plevey, Luke Randall and Emily King who have all earned Gold status for 12 months of showing up and getting it done. Love seeing the hard work
